Support for WhatsApp and Telegram group chats by chatbots is available
To connect a WhatsApp chatbot, you need to add the account to which the chatbot is connected to the group chat;
To connect a Telegram chatbot, you need to add the bot created through BotFather to the group chat where chatbot support is needed. To ensure that the chatbot responds to messages received in the group, be sure to disable the chatbot's privacy settings via BotFather. Features of the chatbot in groups
All incoming messages will be processed by the bot for subsequent response;
The bot correctly perceives and shares each group member, different people can conduct a dialogue with the chatbot, it will correctly answer each user on his specific question;
To prevent the chatbot from responding to all messages, you can set a code word in the bot settings. Set the code word “Cavuer” and then the chatbot will respond to messages from group members only after specifying the code word, for example, “Cavuer How can I create a Telegram chatbot?” This message will be processed by the chatbot. Subsequent messages without a code word will be ignored;
