Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to data that LLC "Cavuer" (BIN 240340012220, Astana, Dinmukhamed Konaev St., building 12/1) can receive using a website located on the network Internet on the domain name: https://cavuer.com. The Company processes the data of Site users exclusively within the framework of the requirements of the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V "On personal data and their protection," as well as international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant data protection laws. The privacy policy has been developed in accordance with their standards.

1.3. This Privacy Policy is intended to ensure adequate protection of information about Users, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure. The privacy policy, as well as other official documentation of the Site and the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan govern relations related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of information about users of the Site. 1.4. The Cavuer Site may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Cavuer. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. Cavuer strongly recommends that you read the Privacy Policy of each website you visit.

1.5. This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data from:

  • Clients: the organization that creates and distributes Cavuer chatbots; individuals using chatbots for personal use.
  • Users: people who visit the Cavuer Site.

1.6. The user (the person/organization that created the chatbot that can collect data) is responsible for the data he/she collects from his/her customers and is therefore the controller of the customer data.

1.7. The user agrees to the processing of confidential data without a time limit. Personal data is stored only as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.

2. Definitions

2.1. Service Provider

Any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company. This refers to third party companies or individuals hired by the Company to provide the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service, or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used. For the purposes of the GDPR, service providers are considered data processors.

2.2. Personal Data

Any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person.

2.3. Personal Data (GDPR)

For the purposes of the GDPR, Personal Data means any information relating to you, such as name, identification number, location data, online identifier, etc.

2.4. User

A person who has access to the Site at https://cavuer.com via the Internet and uses the Site.

2.5. Service

Chatbot services provided through the Site.

2.6. Website

2.7. Cookies

3. What Data Cavuer Collects

3.1. Personal information Cavuer collects from Users (who have a Cavuer account and use the Site) or visitors to the Site.

  • Electronic Identity Data: Including IP address, device and browser data, location data
  • Information about your use of the Cavuer website: Including how you arrived at the Cavuer website and the pages you visited
  • Registration Information: When you register an account, Cavuer collects your email address and password
  • Payment Information: If you pay for a service, Cavuer will request your payment information, name, address and financial information depending on your payment method
  • Chatbot Data: Cavuer stores your chatbot data (knowledge base data, file data, chat log data, chat analytics data) for you and provides tools you can use with respect to this data
  • Cookies: Cavuer may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on the website and store certain information

4. Use of Your Data

4.1. Provision of services

Cavuer uses the information collected primarily to provide, maintain and improve the Service and Site to Users.

4.2. Connection

To notify Users about changes to Cavuer services, provide support, or send administrative messages.

4.3. Improvement

To understand User Behavior and improve the Cavuer Service.

4.4. For compliance, fraud prevention and security

Cavuer may use your personal information and disclose it to law enforcement, government agencies and private parties as Cavuer believes necessary or appropriate.

5. Cavuer May Share Your Personal Information in the Following Situations

5.1. Service providers

Cavuer may share your personal information with service providers in the course of providing services, as well as to monitor and analyze the use of the Service, process payments, and communicate with you.

5.2. Business partners

Cavuer may share your information with Cavuer's business partners in order to offer you certain products, services or promotions.

5.3. With your consent

Cavuer may disclose your personal information for any other purpose with your consent.

6. User Rights

6.1. Right to Access

The right to access, update or delete information Cavuer has about you. If possible, you can access, update, or request deletion of your Personal Data directly from your account settings or through technical support.

6.2. Right to Rectification

You have the right to have any incomplete or inaccurate information Cavuer holds about you corrected.

6.3. Right to Object

Object to the processing of your Personal Data. You also have the right to object if Cavuer processes Your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes.

6.4. Right to Erasure

Request deletion of your Personal Data. You have the right to ask to delete Personal Data unless Cavuer has a compelling reason to continue processing it.

6.5. Right to Data Portability

Request the transfer of your Personal Data. Cavuer will provide You or a third party You select with Your Personal Data to which You initially provided with consent.

6.6. Right to Withdraw Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your Personal Data. If you withdraw your consent, Cavuer may not be able to provide you with access to certain features of the Service.

7. Data Security

7.1. Cavuer implements reliable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

8.1. How Long Cavuer Keeps Your Data

Cavuer retains your personal data only as long as necessary to provide services:

  • Account and Profile Data: Until you delete your account or request deletion
  • Chatbot Configurations and Settings: Until you delete them or request account deletion
  • Message History and Chat Logs: Until you request deletion or close your account
  • API Keys and Access Tokens: Until revoked or the account is deleted
  • Instagram and Messenger Data: Until the messengers are disconnected or the account is deleted
  • Financial Transaction Records: 5 years from transaction, provided that the account has been deleted (required by Kazakhstan law)

8.2. Deleting Your Data

You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. Cavuer will process deletion requests within 30 days of verification.

Important: Financial and transaction records must be retained for 5 years as required by Kazakhstan law (Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Accounting and Financial Reporting" No. 234-III, dated February 28, 2007 (as amended and supplemented), and the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan). 9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

9.1. Cavuer may update the Privacy Policy from time to time. Cavuer will notify users of significant changes and encourages everyone to periodically review the Privacy Policy at https://cavuer.com/legal/privacy.
