Our website is connected to internet acquiring, and you can pay for the Service with Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay bank cards. After confirming your selected Product or service, a secure window will open with the payment page of ForteBank JSC, where you will need to enter your bank card details. The 3-D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication. If your issuing Bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification. Please check with the Bank that issued your bank card for information about the rules and methods of additional identification.
The online payment service is provided in accordance with the rules of the International payment systems Visa, MasterCard, and UnionPay on the principles of maintaining confidentiality and security of payment transactions. The most current methods of verification, encryption, and data transmission through secure communication channels are used for this purpose. Bank card data entry is performed in a secure window on the payment page of ForteBank JSC.
The payment page fields require entering the card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, and three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All necessary data is displayed on the surface of the bank card.
CVV2/CVC2 is a three-digit security code located on the back of the card.
Next, in the same window, your issuing bank's page will open for entering the 3-D Secure code. If you do not have static 3-D Secure configured, it will be sent to your phone number via SMS. If the 3-D Secure code does not arrive, you should contact your issuing bank.
3-D Secure is the most modern technology for ensuring the security of card payments on the internet. It allows for unambiguous identification of the authenticity of the cardholder performing the operation and maximally reduces the risk of fraudulent card operations.
Security Guarantees
ForteBank JSC protects and processes your bank card data according to the PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. Information transmission to the payment gateway occurs using SSL encryption technology. Further information transmission occurs through secure banking networks with the highest level of reliability. ForteBank JSC does not transfer your card data to us or other third parties. The 3-D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication.

Online Payment Security
The personal information you provide (name, address, phone, email, credit card number) is confidential and not subject to disclosure. Your credit card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our web server.
The security of Internet payment processing is guaranteed by ForteBank JSC. All operations with payment cards occur in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard, UnionPay, and other payment systems. Specialized card online payment security technologies are used when transmitting information, and data processing is conducted on a secure high-tech server of the processing company.
Payment card payments are secure because:
- The authorization system guarantees the buyer that the payment details of their payment card (number, expiration date, CVV2/CVC2) will not fall into the hands of fraudsters, as this data is not stored on the authorization server and cannot be stolen.
- The buyer enters their payment data directly into the ForteBank JSC authorization system, not on the online store website, therefore the buyer's card payment details will not be accessible to third parties.
Refund Policy
When conducting online payments via payment cards, cash refunds are not permitted. The refund procedure is regulated by the rules of international payment systems.
Refund rules are governed by the current user agreement (https://cavuer.com/legal/terms) and license agreement (https://cavuer.com/legal/offer).
To refund money to a bank card, it is necessary to complete a "Money Refund Application," which is sent upon request by the company to your email address, and send it together with a copy of an identity document to service@cavuer.com.
The refund will be processed to the bank card within 7 business days from the date the Company receives the "Money Refund Application."
For refunds of transactions conducted with errors, it is necessary to submit a written application with a copy of an identity document and receipts/vouchers confirming the erroneous charge. This application must be sent to service@cavuer.com.
The refund amount will equal the purchase amount. The review period for the Application and money refund begins from the moment the Company receives the Application and is calculated in business days excluding holidays/weekends.
Cases of Payment Refusal:
- The bank card is not intended for making payments through the internet, which can be determined by contacting your issuing Bank;
- Insufficient funds for payment on the bank card. You can learn more about available funds on your payment card by contacting the bank that issued the bank card;
- Bank card data entered incorrectly;
- The bank card has expired. The card's expiration date is usually indicated on the front of the card (this is the month and year until which the card is valid). You can learn more about the card's expiration date by contacting the issuing bank.

1. Definitions
