Our website is connected to internet acquiring, and you can pay for the Service using a Visa, Mastercard, or UnionPay bank card. After confirming the selected Product or service, a secure window will open with the payment page of ForteBank JSC, where you will need to enter your bank card details. The 3-D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication. If your Issuing Bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification. For information on the rules and methods of additional identification, please contact the Bank that issued your bank card.

The online payment service is carried out in accordance with the rules of the International Payment Systems Visa, MasterCard, and UnionPay based on the principles of confidentiality and payment security. The most up-to-date methods of verification, encryption, and data transmission over closed communication channels are used. Bank card data is entered in a secure window on the payment page of ForteBank JSC.

The fields on the payment page require entering the card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, and the three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All necessary data is displayed on the surface of the bank card.

CVV2/CVC2 is a three-digit security code located on the back of the card.

Next, in the same window, your Issuing Bank's page will open for entering the 3-D Secure code. If you do not have a static 3-D Secure code configured, it will be sent to your phone number via SMS. If the 3-D Secure code has not been received, you should contact your Issuing Bank.

3-D Secure is the most advanced technology for ensuring the security of card payments on the internet. It allows unambiguous identification of the authenticity of the cardholder performing the transaction and minimizes the risk of fraudulent card transactions.

ForteBank JSC protects and processes your bank card data according to the PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. Information is transmitted to the payment gateway using SSL encryption technology. Further transmission of information occurs through closed banking networks with the highest level of reliability. ForteBank JSC does not transfer your card data to us or any other third parties. The 3-D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication.

The security of Internet payment processing is guaranteed by ForteBank JSC. All transactions with payment cards are carried out in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard, UnionPay, and other payment systems. Specialized online card payment security technologies are used for data transmission, and data processing is conducted on a secure high-tech server of the processing company.

Payment by cards is safe because:

• The authorization system guarantees the buyer that the payment details of their payment card (number, expiration date, CVV2/CVC2) will not fall into the hands of fraudsters, since this data is not stored on the authorization server and cannot be stolen.
• The buyer enters their payment details directly in the authorization system of ForteBank JSC, and not on the online store's website, therefore the buyer's card payment details will not be available to third parties.

When making online payments via payment cards, cash refunds are not permitted. The refund procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems.

Refund rules are governed by the current User Agreement and License Agreement.

To receive a refund to your bank card, you must fill out the "Refund Application", which is sent by the company upon request to your email address, and send it together with a copy of your identity document to service@cavuer.com.

The refund will be made to the bank card within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the "Refund Application" by the Company.

To receive a refund for transactions made in error, you must submit a written application with a copy of your identity document and receipts/invoices confirming the erroneous charge. This application must be sent to service@cavuer.com.

The refund amount will equal the purchase amount. The review period for the Application and the refund of funds begins from the moment the Company receives the Application and is calculated in business days excluding holidays/weekends.

• The bank card is not intended for making payments via the internet, which can be verified by contacting your Issuing Bank;
• Insufficient funds on the bank card. For more information about the available funds on your payment card, please contact the bank that issued the card;
• Bank card details were entered incorrectly;
• The bank card has expired. The expiration date is usually indicated on the front of the card (the month and year until which the card is valid). For more information about the card expiration date, please contact your Issuing Bank.
